Process

We strive to make the experience of creating a lasting legacy of your personal history an enjoyable one. The following is a guide to the process.

1. We contact you and establish a time for an appointmentfor the interview.
2. We mail, fax, or email the interview questions to youfor review.
3. You return the interview questions with your comments or suggestions3-4 days before the interview.
4. It is the day of interview, we do lightingand sound tests.
5. We conduct the filming of the video autobiography.
6. We edit the film, digitize any photos as needed, print the DVD and liner for thejewel case, and mail you the finished product.
7. We contact you by phone to see if you may have any questions, and to ensure that you are happy with your autobiography.
